Lois Anderson, Principal of Anderson Staffing, launched her own firm in 1998 after many successful years of legal recruiting in San Francisco. Lois has 20 years of legal recruiting experience. She began her legal recruiting career in San Francisco at Elsa Allen International Agency in 1985. At Elsa Allen, she placed legal personnel at all levels. Lois succeeded in that position for many years before moving to another leading agency and then ultimately opening her own firm.
For over 20 years, Lois has developed many extensive and long-term professional relationships with a large number of law firms in the SF Bay Area, and prides herself on her strong client service. Moreover, she maintains a large candidate database that over years has resulted in many personal referrals.
Lois is dedicated to putting together the best match for both clients and applicants and is proud to have a history of long-term placements.
